Hailing from a combination of Baltimore and Arizona, RMBLR (pronounced Rambler) have released their debut EP on Fat Possum Records.
With the four tracks coming in at less than eight minutes this is exactly what should be expected from a hard-hitting punk rock record. Opener Cannibals hits you straight away with a pounding drum beat and distorted guitars, lasting less than a minute if you blink you’ll miss this track that really sets the tone for the EP. The brilliant Name Game really harks back to the golden age of punk while the churning beat of Gelada slowly builds into a crescendo that really makes this a highlight on the record. Miracle features some snarling, angsty vocals as well as superb riffs that leaves you excited to hear more from this fledgling band.
