The Retrospectives-Room With No View

Room With No View is the debut EP from Sheffield indie poppers The Retrospectives who have recently been receiving plenty of accolades from parts of the media industry.  The record opens with Forever a bouncy indie pop number, before going into I Have Never a real preppy sounding tune reminding me of the sort of college rock that bands like Weezer make.  Cold Skin is one of the stand out moments on the EP and features the heaviest riffs before the record ends with 2002 by far the most relaxed track and a great way to end an impressive record from such a young band.

The EP is out now and you can get it here.
